The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 17, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Gordon D. Erckman, #116150. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Gordon D. Erckman is serving Life sentence for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on May 1, 1995 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
