The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Wesley Paul Moore, #141661. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Wesley Paul Moore is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree in the Perpetration of a Robbery. He was sentenced on June 6, 1975 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
