The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 24, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Richard Palombo, #120368. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.
Richard Palombo is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree and a Life sentence for Conspiracy to Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on October 25, 1972 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
