The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 26, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Jeffrey Eugene Snell, #235185. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Jeffrey Eugene Snell is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine and a term of 10y-30y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less Than 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on April 19, 1994 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
