The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 28, 2010, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Hermelindo Duarte Salinas, #444746. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Hermelindo Duarte Salinas is serving a term of 20y-30y for the crime of Delivery/Manufacture of Over 1,000 Grams of Cocaine, a term of 1y-20y for the crime of Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine, and a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearms. He was sentenced on January 24, 2005 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
