The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Richard Hymer Jr., #234051. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Richard Hymer Jr. is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree Under 13 Years of Age. He was sentenced on November 5, 1993 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
