The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 to consider the possible parole of Earle Weaver, #171099. It will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Earle Weaver is serving two concurrent Life sentences for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree (two counts). He was sentenced on December 23, 1982 out of Wayne County.
Michael C. Eagen, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
