A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Elosequis Soler, #227805

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2018 to consider the possible parole of Elosequis Soler, #227805.  It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center; G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.

Elosequis Soler is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver More Than 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on April 20, 1993 out of Wayne County.

Sandra Wilson, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

By statute, prisoners serving a Life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the Parole Board can obtain jurisdiction.
