A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Kamiran Taymour

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 22, 2018 to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Kamiran Taymour. It will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Constitution Hall, Lansing, Michigan.

Kamiran Taymour was sentenced to a term of two (2) years probation and $1,186 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Controlled Substance - Deliver/Manufacture Marijuana. He was sentenced on March 23, 2011 from Washtenaw County.

Brian J. Shipman, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
