Agent of the Year

The Corrections Officer of the Year Award is given to the officer who best exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding employee and serves as a positive role model for others. The winner is chosen by the Michigan Correctional Officers’ Training Council.

Directors Award

The Candice L. Dunn Parole/Probation Agent of the Year award is given to the agent who exceeds expectations and/or displays exemplary behavior with those they supervise and their coworkers.

Officer of the Year

The Director's Award is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon employees of the MDOC. The award recipient is chosen by the Director from among the year's award nominees.
