Governor Granholm Appoints Two Members to the Athletic Board of Control

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced the appointments of Albert Low and Rene Muniz to the Athletic Board of Control.
Albert Low, of Novi, is the vice president and owner of Cutting Edge Training. He is succeeding Peter Wadel, who has resigned, and is appointed to for a term expiring March 31, 2006.
Rene Muniz, of Lincoln Park, is a retired laborer from National Steel Corporation. Muniz is succeeding Dennis O'Connell, who has resigned, and is appointed to for a term expiring March 31, 2005.
