Governor Appoints Barbara Brown Judge of the 92nd Judicial District Court

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced the appointment of Barbara J. Brown as Judge of the 92nd Judicial District Court in Mackinac and Luce Counties.
 
“Barbara is a true example of integrity and intelligence,” Granholm said.”  I admire her tenacity and commitment and know she will serve the citizens of Luce and Mackinac Counties with pride and honor.”

Brown, of St. Ignace in Mackinac County, is appointed for a term effective January 5, 2003 and expiring at noon January 1, 2005.  She succeeds the Honorable Steven E. Ford who has resigned
