Governor Granholm Makes Appointment to Data Collection Agency Governing Board

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm announced the recent appointment of Bruno R. Czyrka to the Data Collection Agency Governing Board.

Mr. Czyrka, of Grand Ledge, deputy director for the State of Michigan Workers’ Compensation Agency, is reappointed to represent the executive branch of state government for a term expiring December 31, 2004.

The board is responsible for the determination of workers’ compensation data requirements for establishing workers’ disability compensation insurance rates.

This reappointment is subject to the advice and consent of the senate.
