Governor Granholm Appoints Tesanovich to Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced the recent appointment of Julia A. Tesanovich to the Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. Tesanovich, of L’Anse, is owner and broker of North Shore Real Estate Co., L.L.C.
Ms. Tesanovich is appointed to represent real estate brokers for a term expiring December 8, 2008. She succeeds Scott Griffith, whose term has expired.
The Board provides for the licensing and regulation of real estate salespersons and real estate brokers, including anyone who acts as a real estate appraiser, real estate mortgage broker, building job broker, business chance broker, and/or engages in the sale of real estate as a principal vocation.
This appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
