Granholm Appoints Noe Judge of Lenawee County Probate Court

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced the appointment of Margaret Murray-Scholz Noe as Judge of Lenawee County Probate Court.
Noe, of Adrian, most recently served as assistant prosecuting attorney for the County of Lenawee, and as an attorney in private practice. She also served as adjunct professor at Siena Heights University, teaching business law and courtroom demeanor. Noe serves on numerous community and business organizations, including the Siena Heights University Board of Trustees, the Lenawee County Chamber of Commerce, the Domestic Violence Task Force, the Kiwanis Club, and coordinates the “Ask-A-Lawyer” radio program.
Noe earned her law degree from the Detroit College of Law and graduated from Siena Heights University.
Noe is appointed for a term expiring January 1, 2007. She replaces Judge Charles W. Jameson who has resigned.
