Governor Granholm's Statement on Emergency Financial Advisory Panel Report
February 02, 2007
February 2, 2007
Lansing - Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today issued the following statement on the report issued by the Emergency Financial Advisory Panel:
"I appreciate the panel's insight on our economic crisis, including its call for bipartisanship in solving it. They have said what many have said: A convergence of forces have led to this crisis, it's a very serious crisis and one that cannot be easily solved unless we are all working together for the best interests of Michigan's people. The panel has laid out one roadmap for moving Michigan forward, and I will lay out mine next week."
