Governor Granholm Announces Reappointments to Eastern Michigan University Board of Control

LANSING - Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced the following reappointments to the Eastern Michigan University Board of Control:
Mohamed Okdie of Detroit, a Detroit Public Schools social worker, is reappointed to represent the general public for a term expiring December 31, 2016.
James F. Stapleton of Ann Arbor, president and CEO of B&R Consultants, is reappointed to represent the general public for a term expiring December 31, 2016.
These appointments are subject to Section 6 of Article V of the Michigan State Constitution of 1963. They stand confirmed unless disapproved by the Michigan Senate within 60 days.
