LANSING, Mich. - Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Tricia Keith, of Royal Oak, to the Central Michigan University board of trustees.
The eight-person board is the governing body of the university.
"Tricia brings great experience, and I am confident she will effectively serve the students, faculty and staff of Central Michigan University in this role," said Snyder.
Keith is senior vice president and corporate secretary for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where she has worked since 2006. Keith previously served as director of the business office within the Michigan House of Representatives and as vice president of external relations with the Michigan Economic Development Corp.
