LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder issued the following statement about Toyota expanding its operations in Michigan, including bringing 250 new jobs to the state.

“Michigan has world-class talent and Toyota’s decision to expand its York Township campus demonstrates how our expert workforce coupled with a friendly business environment can help automakers and other industries grow. The auto industry has been and will continue to be part of Michigan’s comeback. I appreciate that Toyota has confidence in Michigan and its talented, hard-working residents and trust that this relationship will benefit the state and the company for years to come.”
