LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Sara Dupuis, of East Lansing, to the Michigan Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.

She is an AAMFT-approved supervisor. She worked as a clinician at Abbott Road Center for the Family. Dupuis earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kenyon College, a master’s degree in marriage and family psychotherapy from Wayne State University, and a Ph.D. in marriage and family therapy from Michigan State University. She represents professionals and replaces Jeffrey Angera.

Dupuis will serve a four-year term to expire June 30, 2018. Her appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
