Gov. Rick Snyder makes reappointment to the Residential Builders' and Maintenance and Alteration Contractors' Board

LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the reappointment of Mark Wahl of Linwood to the Residential Builders' and Maintenance and Alteration Contractors' Board.
The nine-member board assists the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs with licensing and regulating the construction, alteration, or improvement of residential structures.
"I thank Mark for his continued work on this board," Snyder said.
Wahl is CEO of Cobblestone Homes. He also serves as secretary and treasurer for RDM Development and as president for RiverTowne Properties / Cobblestone Investment Properties. Wahl is a licensed residential builder and holds a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Saginaw Valley State University. He will continue to represent residential builders.
Wahl will serve a four-year term expiring March 31, 2021. His appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
