Gov. Rick Snyder makes appointment to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons

LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Sara Storch-Lipnitz of Birmingham to the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
The nine-member board, housed within the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, oversees the licensure and practice of real estate brokers and salespersons in Michigan.
“I thank Sara for her commitment to serving on this board and to overseeing the proper licensure and practice of real estate in Michigan.” Snyder said.
Lipnitz is an associate broker with Max Broock Realtors and has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. She is a founding member of the Birmingham-Bloomfield Realtor® Network, established in 2006. Lipnitz attended Michigan State University. She will represent professionals and replace Lola Audu.
She will serve a four-year term to expire June 30, 2021. Her appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
