Gov. Rick Snyder makes reappointments to the Michigan Board of Chiropractic

LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the reappointments of Robert Maciolek of Macomb and Robyn Peake of Paw Paw to the Michigan Board of Chiropractic.
Housed within the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, the nine-member board sets entry-level competency standards for health practitioners and verifies continuing education during licensure, protecting and promoting the public's health, safety, and welfare.
“I thank Robert and Robyn for their continued commitment to this board,” Snyder said.
Maciolek is the owner of Static Line Software, Inc., and officer in charge (OIC) of the Cyber Defense Operations for the Michigan Army National Guard. He has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology industry and 26 years of military experience. Maciolek holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Wayne State University. He will continue to represent the general public.
Peake is a licensed health agent for U.S. Health Advisors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Spring Arbor University. She will continue to represent the general public.
Members will serve four-year terms expiring Dec. 31, 2021. Their appointments are subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
