LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Dina Richard of Northville to the Investment Advisory Committee.
The committee reviews investments, goals and objectives of the state's various retirement funds. It may submit recommendations to the state treasurer or direct the state treasurer to dispose of or enter into investments.
"Dina’s experience and expertise gives me confidence that she will serve the people of Michigan well on this committee," Snyder said.
Richard is the senior vice president of treasury and the CIO for Trinity Health. She previously served as the vice president of investments for Taubman Ventures Management. She is chair of the investment committees for both the Detroit Institute of Arts and Bon Secours and also serves on the Central Michigan University Advancement Board. She will replace Erik Lundberg.
