Gov. Rick Snyder makes appointment to State Building Authority Board of Trustees

LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the appointment of Jimmy Greene of Saginaw to the State Building Authority Board of Trustees.
The five-person board oversees the State Building Authority, which issues and sells bonds and notes to acquire equipment and construct facilities.
“Jimmy has a wide range of experience in the construction field, and I am confident he will represent the public well,” Snyder said.
Greene is the president and CEO of the Associated Builders & Contractors, Greater Michigan Chapter. Greene previously served as president and CEO of Total Solutions Group, LLP and vice president of Sales and Marketing for Winn Telecom. He will represent the general public and replace Patrick Devlin.
Greene will serve a four-year term expiring Aug. 21, 2022. His appointment is subject the advice and consent of the Senate.
