A vendor is a person or entity not licensed under the Lawful Internet Gaming Act or Lawful Sports Betting Act that supplies any goods or services to an internet gaming operator, sports betting operator, internet gaming supplier or sports betting supplier. Certain vendors are required to register with the MGCB before providing goods or services. See the Vendor Registration Application form instructions for additional information.
