  1. Do you believe the internet gaming or internet sports betting law or administrative rules or the website’s or app’s terms of service were not followed?
  2. Have you tried to resolve your dispute first by filing a written complaint with the operator or platform provider? Complaint filing instructions are found on all providers’ websites. 
  3. Were you dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint? Can you provide the MGCB a copy of the operator’s or provider’s written response?
