The Tribal-State Class III Gaming Compacts and related consent judgments establish requirements for calculating and disbursing revenue sharing payments. Payments are based on the net win from all Class III electronic games of chance at each casino and are remitted on a semiannual or annual basis. Local units of government or local revenue sharing boards and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) or Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) receive the payments.
