The CSN Fund operates entirely on donations, and no tax dollars are ever used. Your gift will directly benefit families who request assistance from the CSN Fund for equipment for their children with special health care needs.

If your gift is in honor of another individual, we will acknowledge your gift by sending a note to the person being honored by your donation. The amount of your gift will not be mentioned, and a separate letter will be sent to you to serve as your receipt.
