Harbor Beach Resident Arrested for Soliciting a Minor for Immoral Purposes

The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Thomas Michael Lemanski, 68 of Harbor Beach, for soliciting a minor for immoral purposes.

Lemanski was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Lemanski was using social media, talking to a person under the age of 18, and soliciting them for nude images.

Lemanski was charged with one count of soliciting a minor for immoral purposes. Lemanski was arraigned in 73B District Court on Wednesday, April 23.

MSP was assisted on-scene by the Bad Axe Police Department and the Huron County Sheriff’s Office.
