Cadillac Man Arrested for Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material

The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Michael Dale Koschmider, 41 of Cadillac, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.

Koschmider was arrested following an investigation requested by the Michigan Department of Corrections. During an examination of seized devices, child sexually abusive material was discovered on Koschmider’s devices.

Koschmider was charged with four counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, one count of using a computer to commit a crime, and a habitual offender second offense. Koschmider was arraigned in the 84th District Court on Wednesday, July 2.

The MSP ICAC Task Force was assisted by the Michigan Department of Corrections.
