Port Huron Resident Arrested for Aggravated Possession and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime

PORT HURON, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Raymond Floyd Hutchinson, 55, of Port Huron, for aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material. 

Hutchinson is on parole and was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his possession. The investigation was initiated after the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) received an allegation of potential violations. 

Hutchinson was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and two counts of using a computer. Hutchinson was arraigned in the 72nd District Court on Thursday, June 11th.
