SAGINAW COUNTY, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Nikolas James Clark, 22 of Freeland, for aggravated child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime.
Clark was arrested following an investigation which was initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the ICAC Task Force when it was learned that Clark may have accessed and shared illicit content on the internet. A search of his residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.
Clark was charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity – aggravated, and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Clark was arraigned in the 70th District Court of Saginaw County on Wednesday, July 30.
