St Charles Man Arrested for Distribution of Child Sexually Abusive Material

ST. CHARLES, MICH. The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is announcing the arrest of Nathan Austin Bloniarczyk, 29 of Saint Charles, for child sexually abusive activity – aggravated distributing or promoting and using a computer to commit a crime.

Bloniarczyk was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his residence. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Bloniarczyk was distributing child sexually abusive material on the internet. A search of his residence resulted in digital evidence being seized.

Bloniarczyk was charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity – aggravated distributing or promoting and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Bloniarczyk was arraigned in the 70th District Court of Saginaw County on Monday, August 3.
