Founded by educator and mycologist Erin Hamilton, The Mushroom Conservatory highlights the depth of wild, foraged mushrooms and foods, crafting flavors that celebrate Michigan’s woods, waters and wild game. Erin also serves as president of the Detroit Institute of Gastronomy, bringing a culinary lens that connects flavor, science and stewardship of natural resources.
