Saturday, March 14, 3-7 p.m. (in person/fishing)
The walleye run in Lake Erie and the Detroit River is known worldwide. Join the Outdoor Skills Academy pro-staff for an informative hybrid fishing clinic. The clinic will include a virtual meeting Tuesday and an in-person fishing portion on Saturday. Participants will learn equipment selection, pole set-up, techniques for shore fishing, and rules and regulations.
Participants must be ages 12 or older. You must purchase a fishing license if you are 17 years of age or older to fish. Participants under the age of 17 may fish without a license. You can purchase your fishing license at Michigan.gov/DNRLicenses.
Preregistration is required. Cost is $30 per person.
