Can my camper stay with their friend?
- Camp leadership will honor up to two friend requests per camper.
- Complete the optional Friend Request Form when registering your camper.
- Note: Campers must request one another and be in the same session.
- Camp staff is excellent at helping your camper meet new friends!

My camper has a daily medication – how will they get their medicine on schedule?
- When completing the Health History Form, fully describe your camper's medication:
- Name of the medication.
- Dosage.
- Time(s) it must be taken.
- On the first day of camp, bring your child's medications to the camp nurse.
- Medicine must be in the original container from the doctor/pharmacy.

My camper has allergies – how will you keep them safe?
- When completing the Health History Form, fully describe your camper's allergy (food, environmental, insect sting, medication, etc.) and how they have reacted in the past.
- Send any necessary medication, including prescribed epi-pens.
- LABEL ALL MEDICATIONS WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME, DOSAGE AND WHEN IT SHOULD BE USED. Medicine must be in the original container.
- Camp counselors will carry rescue medication during the camp day, so it is always near your camper.

What if there is bad weather?
- Our leadership team will watch the weather throughout the day.
- Activity schedules will be adjusted as needed.
- In case of emergency inclement weather, counselors will follow the inclement weather safety plan.

Can my camper bring electronics?Campers are not permitted to have cell phones, iPods, tablets, Apple Watches, digital cameras or any other electronic devices at camp. If for any reason you need to contact your camper, you may call the Camp Office at 844-622-6367. Prohibited items will be collected and locked in the Camp Office until end of day, when it will be returned to the camper’s parent/guardian.

Are meals provided?
- Camp does not provide lunches to campers – pack a lunch daily for your child.
- Camp will provide morning and afternoon snacks.
- Trailblazers will receive dinner during the Thursday night lock-in.
- Leaders in Training will receive meals during the Wednesday night campout.
