Note: The Pfizer vaccine is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in persons aged 12 and older. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are authorized under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in persons aged 6 months and older. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is authorized under an EUA for use in persons aged 18 and older. The emergency use of these products remains authorized beyond the ending of the Federal Public Health Emergency because the circumstances in Section 564(b)(1) continue to exist until the termination of relevant section 564 declarations under section 564(b), or revocation of the EUAs. This applies for tests, other devices, treatments, and vaccines.
