Governor Granholm Appoints Kerri Knopp to Board of Nursing Home Administrators

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm recently announced the appointment of Kerri A. Knopp to the Michigan Board of Nursing Home Administrators. Knopp, of Gaylord, is the Nursing Home Administrator for Tendercare Gaylord.
The board provides for the licensure of nursing home administrators and provides penalties for violations of the act.
Ms. Knopp is appointed to represent nursing home administrators for a term expiring December 31, 2007. She succeeds Maila V. Tiffancy whose term has expired.
This appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
