Previously, she worked as development director for the organization and vice president of arts, humanities and culture at the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit. Lomax received a bachelor's degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a master's degree in arts management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. She will represent public members and replaces Tiffany Hartung.
