Licensed Internet Gaming Providers

Michigan residents and visitors can use this list to locate licensed internet casino gaming and online sports betting providers operating in the state. The list includes both the providers' names and links to their sites.

How to File a Complaint

You may file a written complaint with the relevant operator or platform provider if you believe the internet gaming law or the site's terms of service were not followed. Complaint filing instructions are found on all platform providers' websites. The operator or platform provider must investigate and provide you with a written response within 10 calendar days. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction and you have taken all reasonable means to resolve it with the operator or platform provider, you may submit a complaint to the MGCB.
