Virtual Intake

Are you facing discrimination and unsure where to turn?

 

The Michigan Department of Civil Rights now allows you to connect with a Claims Examiner in a secure and private virtual setting.

 

The Claims Examiner will:

  • Listen to your complaint and determine if MDCR has jurisdiction.
  • If we have jurisdiction, certify your complaint for further processing.
  • Provide information on additional resources.

 

Claims Examiners are available via ZOOM by appointment only. Appointments can be requested by calling 1-800-482-3604 or through the Public Portal.
