The Claims Examiner will:
- Listen to your complaint and determine if MDCR has jurisdiction.
- If we have jurisdiction, certify your complaint for further processing.
- Provide information on additional resources.
Claims Examiners are available via ZOOM by appointment only. Appointments can be requested by calling 1-800-482-3604 or through the Public Portal.
