Vendor Exemption and Construction Subcontractor

Vendor Exemption

A person or entity must obtain a vendor exemption to provide nongaming-related goods and/or services to a casino licensee in excess of $100,000 in any 12-month period. A vendor exemption allows a person or entity to conduct business to a monetary threshold of $400,000 per casino licensee in any 12-month period.

Construction Subcontractor

A Construction Subcontractor who enters into a Construction Contract to provide certain Construction Materials, as outlined in Resolution 2021-03, to a General Contractor may qualify for a Subcontractor Exemption.

Subcontractor 1 Exemption allows the entity to provide more than $100,000 but less than $500,000 worth of subcontractor services in any 12-month period.

Subcontractor 2 Exemption allows the entity to provide between $500,000 and $2 million worth of subcontractor services in any 12-month period.
