Patron Disputes
You may file a written complaint with the relevant operator or platform provider if you believe the internet gaming law or the site’s terms of service were not followed. Complaint filing instructions are found on all platform providers’ websites. The operator or platform provider must investigate and provide you with a written response within 10 calendar days.
If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction and you have taken all reasonable means to resolve it with the operator or platform provider, you may submit a complaint to us using this form. Please use the internet gaming/online sports wagering forms for all internet gaming-related complaints. You also should include the response from the operator or platform provider and any supporting documentation with your complaint.
Note: The MGCB cannot consider a complaint about violations of the internet gaming law or terms of service until you have attempted to resolve the dispute by filing a written complaint with the operator or platform provider and received a written response.
