Inclusion and Diversity is an integral part of what we do to make Treasury a great place to work. We are committed to growing an environment where employees bring their authentic selves to do their best work through inclusion, equality, dignity, diversity and respect for all.

To promote, encourage, grow, and cultivate interest in gardening both indoors and outdoors to all Treasury employees. Commitment to an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives.

To educate and unite fellow Treasury employees on Hispanic culture through food, language, and community involvement.

To create a Michigan where clean, accessible lakes, rivers, and parks are a source of pride for residents and a magnet for visitors, fostering a thriving economy and a healthy, vibrant community. 

To serve the LGBTQ+ community within Treasury through building a positive work environment, educating others about the LGBTQ+ life, and promoting positive advocacy.

Individuals empowering women by lending a hand or sharing a story of hardship and triumph. Women of The Vault creates a space to inspire women of all backgrounds, education levels, ages, or job positions to embrace our presence.

The Health and Wellness ERG will serve as a resource to all Treasury employees in the areas of both physical and mental wellness. The ERG will promote and encourage wellness with a focus on healthy lifestyle, health support groups, and mindfulness education.

Providing a forum for current or past service members that are employed within Treasury to educate, empower, and encourage other veterans, family members of veterans, and peers wanting to learn more about what constitutes being a veteran.
