Wellness Coordinator
I am excited to be a member of the MDOC Wellness Team. With many years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have had the privilege of working in a wide variety of settings, including community mental health, the MDOC and private practice. I have walked alongside children, adolescents, parents, adults, inmates and MDOC staff in the daily challenges we all encounter. Prior to earning my master's degree in counseling, I worked in banking and served in the U.S. Army. I am a life-long resident of Michigan and have recently moved from the west-side to the east-side of the state to be closer to family.
While I strongly believe we all have experienced challenges in our lives, those serving our community in the MDOC require a unique level of support. I am honored to be a part of that care.
