Food Technology

Program Information

Students will gain knowledge in hotel and food service operations, with an emphasis on safety and sanitation, and hospitality. Supplementary studies focus on lodging, nutrition, and catering.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive ServSafe certifications through the National Restaurant Association. Participants can also complete the Forklift certification.
