It will be at 9 a.m. at the Dale Foltz Training Center, Jackson. The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2004, to consider the possible parole of Craig Gearhart, #130649.
He was sentenced on Apr. 27, 1984, from Genesee County. Craig Gearhart is serving a sentence for armed robbery.
John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).
Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
