The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 23, 2005 It will be at  , to consider the possible parole of Terrance Marvile Griffin #182766. 10:30 a.m. at the Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility, Training Room, Ionia, Michigan.

 

He was sentenced on  degree and assault with intent to murder.ndTerrance Griffin is serving a sentence for murder 2 February 27, 1986, and re-sentenced on March 5, 2004, from Wayne County.

 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

 

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
