The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 It will be at  , to consider the possible parole of Robert Palo, #197183. 10:30 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson.

 

He was sentenced on Robert Palo is serving a sentence for delivery of a controlled substance over 650 grams. November 15, 1988, from Oakland County.

 

John S. Rubitschun, Chairman of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234(6).

 

Under the Lifer Law, those serving life sentences for a crime committed prior to Oct. 1, 1992, other than first-degree murder or certain drug law cases, must serve ten calendar years before the parole board can obtain jurisdiction.
